We are the Rebels. We see clearly and have the will to make things better. We’ve marshalled a movement. And the time is now. We’re building a COMMUNITY without shame. A country where all young people have the KNOWLEDGE they need to take care of their own mental health and look out for each other. A Canada where we have the power to change systems so that those who need support ACCESS the help they deserve. We’ve been asking for a seat at the table. But the table has been ours all along. Pull up a seat. This is REVOLUTION NOW.

A decade of progress, with more to come. The last 10 years have changed the youth mental health landscape forever. There’s more openness about struggle, more help-seeking, more critical examination of systems and how they can better meet the complex and diverse needs of young people. It’s been a journey, and youth change-makers have been the ones making sure we stay on course.
